A small, jittery creature typically found deep within mountains, the Kobold is a common creature discovered by miners while excavating for metals and gems. Kobolds are one of the many creations of Valcus, the Forgemaster, and are usually seen as one of his weaker subordinates. They still worship the God, but their connection to him has faded over the many years. The Kobold is a middle tier creature, serving as a subordinate to the masters but are far stronger than many of the others within their ranks. They are fierce and strong, but not so terribly strong that they cannot be dealt with by an experienced and capable party of adventurers.
