Dun-I was created from the nether energy in the Void by 11 refugees and criminals from the realm of Tangresia. These 11 individuals possessed certain relationships with one another, many of which were adversarial in nature. Alliances have formed, but following the invasion of Latros, the Gods influence have been removed from Dun-I for their own good, though they still exist in their own separate, yet connected, realms.
