Drusilla Whisperleaf, the God-Touched servant of Falorous, is ridding the forest surrounding Tellerefell of the ilk that serve Talges. Children from Tellerefell have been abducted and killed, with harpies delivering the deathblow. However, as Drusilla finds the children and murders the harpies, she is forced to deal with the much larger problem: the priests of Talges that have invaded.
The events of this Scenario take place within the work, Whisperleaf. For more information on this work, please visit our podcast section.
Drusilla took a step through the wooden barriers and entered the makeshift courtyard. She peered forward and examined the area, noticing that a small temple had been constructed on top of a hill.
Haystacks lined the wooden walls with large eggs sitting within each, and above them, harpies flapped their wings and screeched menacingly. Rage continued to drive Drusilla as she locked her eyes on the winged creatures, having just killed many of them earlier.
After a few seconds, the creatures moved over her and screeched loudly. Drusilla opened up her hands as they glowed green from the essence that she controlled.
Commence Battle with Harpy x 3
The bodies of the harpies fall to the ground with the vines summoned by Drusilla sinking back into the ground. She admire her handiwork, but she knew more had to be done. The stench of Talges was still in the air and her job was now to cleanse the forest of his ilk. Ahead of her, the temple of Talges waits, but there are two ways in. Does Drusilla proceed up the stairs and in through the front door, or do you venture to the side of the structure and break in through the opening?
Go through the front door
Go to the Side Opening
Drusilla left the corpses of the harpies at her feet and walked forward toward the incline. She glanced to her left and her right, noticing the bodies of several others, potentially all from Tellerefell. The children had met their end, but now, she had to rid herself of the plague that had infected the forest.
At the door, Drusilla noticed how tall it was, almost the size of the entire front of the structure. However, without a hint of fear or reluctance, Drusilla pushed the door open and revealed what was inside.
An empty temple, not worthy of any God, was before Drusilla's eyes. Three followers of Talges stood prominently behind an alter with several harpy eggs lining the walls in haystacks. "The God-Touched is here!" shouted the abbot as he pointed toward Drusilla.
The two priests stepped around the alter with the abbot doing the same, moving slower and more methodical toward the God-Touched servant of Falorous. The wind swirled around Drusilla from within the temple as a wry, mischievous grin emerged from the corners of her mouth. "Your foul existence ends here, abbot," she seethed before the two priests ran forward. Drusilla ignited her hands and brought vines from the ground as the priests attacked.
Place two cards into the field for no effect if able. Take the first turn in the next encounter.

Drusilla's eyes glowed an emerald green as her vines came from the ground and ensnared the corpses of her victims. The temple was in splinters around her and the blood from her victims painted the ground red. She turned and looked back out into the forest, smiling at her handiwork. She had cleansed the forest, but now, she had to cleanse the temple of her own God.

Drusilla peered up the hill and decided that it was best to not walk into the temple through the front door, but instead, ambush them from above. She climbed the incline and made her way to the front of the temple before walking around to the side. Several crates and barrels lined the walls, giving Drusilla a place to climb so that she could reach the opening.
Once on a large crate, she peered over and through the large opening to see three men, all followers of Talges, standing behind an altar. There was no other furniture or statues, only the single altar with the insignia of Talges emblazoned on the front. She sighed loudly before stepping through and dropping to the floor, already with her hands holding the essence of Falorous and her eyes glowing an emerald green.
At the start of the next battle, flip three cards over from the top of the deck. Deal damage to a single target for each of the cards flipped plus magical bonus (You may choose a different target for each card).
