A young woman, possessing a shard that gifts her the power to heal and restore her allies, Menassah is a powerful healer hailing from the areas near Teardret.

Menassah’s parents were killed in one of the many battles that took place between mercenaries from the continent of Oorinay and the magical soldiers of Teardret. Because of this, she was placed in an orphanage located in the mountains to the west until she came of age. Both of her parents were gifted warriors in their own right, with her father being a mage-knight, one of the elite soldiers of Teardret while her mother was one of the more powerful clerics.  Upon her mother’s death, she was left with a white gemstone pendant that Menassah refused to ever take off, even under the insistence of the Teardret authority.

During her upbringing, Menassah harnassed the power of the stone and the knowledge of the Gods, giving her the ability to mend wounds and cure sickness. Stories of a young girl who could heal travelers who ventured to her spread through the region, eventually reaching a young noble named Aertis, the new leader of the Soldiers of Derrien.  Following several days of persuasion, Aertis convinced Menassah to join his ranks and to allow him the opportunity to put her talents to better use. Though only a small faction, Aertis dreamed of growing the Soldiers of Derrien to great heights, and to do that, he needed a powerful Cleric on his side.
