Tall, lanky, and bearing a very thin mustache on top of his upper lip, Qirean is the revered founder of the Or’tel Syndicate. However, a piece of him, a phantom, has been taken from history and trapped within the confines of the works of the Sunshire Library. Regarded as one of the leaders of the tomes, the Phantom of Qirean is not to be trifled with and only to be fought by experienced, and foolish, adventurers.
